The South Beach Jazz Festival opened Friday, Jan. 3 with headliner David Sanborn at the Colony Theatre, Miami Beach. Miami Beach dignitaries were on hand to present proclamations. This is the fourth year for the Jazz Festival, which continued through Sunday, Jan. 5.
