Miami Light Project Seeks Interns
Miami Light Project is looking for two professional and reliable interns to work in our Communications/Programming and Development Departments. Work environment is relaxed and we need ambitious, creative, smart, self-starters who are interested in learning about arts presenting and producing from the ground up. These are unpaid internships, but very hands on and we will provide any paperwork necessary for your college credit and will work with your class schedule.

Communications/Programming:
Assist with the research, planning and implementation of marketing for performances and performance related activities. Must possess strong writing and speaking skills. Must be skilled in online promotion, viral marketing, and be capable of creating profiles and maintaining social networking sites. Must be proficient in with Microsoft Word and Excel and Photoshop. Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theatre
Fort Lauderdale Children's Theatre announces auditions for their fall Young Rep production of My Fair Lady. Please prepare a short monologue and song (traditional Broadway preferred). E-zine Seeks Short Fiction by South Florida Writers
MiamiARTzine.com is currently seeking submissions of unpublished short fiction. Any South Florida writer is encouraged to submit their work. MiamiARTzine.com is presented by the Miami Beach Arts Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising the awareness of the arts in South Florida and nurturing the voices of those involved in the arts. That said, we cannot pay monetarily, but writers would have a chance to have their work seen by our 4,000-plus subscribers and count it as a publication credit.

Guidelines:

Stories should be 3,000 words or less
Stories must be sent as an rtf (rich text format) attachment in 12pt. Times New Roman, double-spaced, with one inch margins and the words "Fiction Submission" in the subject line
