FALL FOR Dance Now! at the Colony Theater

Dance NOW! Miami brings another of their breathtaking performances to the stage of the Colony Theater at the end of the month with the World Premiere of Random Patterns of Falling Leaves. Dance NOW! Miami, founded by Diego Salterini and Hanna Baumgarten, continues to present adventurous and cutting-edge dance to Miami audiences. The company has been described as”…carnal and courageous…with an impressive range of movement and mothion.” Breathtaking visuals accompany the stunning dancers and poetic choreography in Random Patterns of Falling Leaves danced to the haunting music of Arvo Part. This new work transports the audience from the tropics of South Florida on journey into the dynamic midwesternforests as they shed their fiery leaves and prepare for the hibernation of winter. . The company’s work has been presented nationally and internationally by Ballet Estable del Teatro Colon, Teatro José Francisco Saybe San Pedro Sula, Scottsdale’s Carefree Music Festival, Scottsdale Center for the Arts, Pima Center for the Arts in Tucson, Art and Culture Center of Hollywood, Florida Dance Festival, Dance Gallery Festival of New York, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Cincinnati Conservatory and Central Florida Community College, among others.
